Meet the Writer

My ultimate goal is to help make the process of job seeking a more positive and enlightening experience for my clients by showcasing their skills, talents, and abilities with a unique resume that reflects them professionally and creatively. 

This Resume Girl was created as a result of multiple "sparks" over the course of my career. I have always wanted to help people in one way or another; when starting my undergrad degree, I thought that meant a career in Nursing. However, after a series of twists and turns, I found myself pursuing Healthcare Administration and Human Resources instead. After spending several years in the healthcare industry (rising from an intern role to Executive Leadership), I transitioned into a Corporate Recruiting role that allows me to further develop my talent acquisition skills and supports my passion - helping others.

Due to my current position as a recruiter, I screen hundreds of resumes weekly and know what it takes to get to the next round of the interviewing process. My hope is that my knowledge, expertise and honesty will help support my clients in their own job seeking journey.
